Know how your information is handled.
A clear account of current application controls and the questions to resolve before a sensitive institutional engagement.
Private account access
Saved reports require authenticated access. Account ownership checks restrict customer retrieval. Authorized administrative diagnostic review follows the applicable access and consent rules. This is application-level separation; it is not a dedicated database for each customer.
Private responses
Private report endpoints use restrictive cache headers. Public journey measurement excludes private intake text and report contents. Optional public analytics require consent and respect supported browser privacy signals.
Hosted payments
Current public checkout is hosted by Square. AOIS receives transaction references and payment status; raw payment-card credentials are not stored in the diagnostic database. Legacy payment records may use a different processor.
AI processing
The Founder-authored framework uses automated calculations and generative AI to help prepare interpretations. Relevant submitted information may be processed by hosting, database and AI service providers. Automated reports can contain errors; ordinary delivery does not imply individual human review.
Retention and requests
Records are kept for service delivery, requested history and applicable operational obligations. Use Contact & Support to request available exports, corrections or deletion, subject to identity checks and required retention.
Security claims require evidence.
The public service uses HTTPS. This page does not certify encryption at rest, a particular data-residency arrangement, an independent penetration test, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or another security certification. No compliance seal is implied. Request current provider documentation and contractual terms if your organization requires specific assurances.
Before submitting employee-level or other sensitive institutional information, agree the permitted purpose, authorized recipients, provider/subprocessor details, processing locations, retention, deletion, incident contacts and any required confidentiality or data-processing terms. Dedicated infrastructure or enterprise controls must be confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
Heritage, service scope and evidence
AOIS grew from the Founder’s spiritual inquiry and structural investigation. The current service is a distinct secular decision-support offering: no religious belief is required. Optional comparative context must be disclosed and kept separate from established operational evidence. Neither intellectual heritage nor polished output establishes empirical accuracy.
