Any institutional agreement will identify Oracle Ifá LLC as the contracting provider unless a later signed agreement expressly identifies a different legal entity.
These Terms of Access are the complete posted terms governing use of the AOIS™ Institute™ website, diagnostics, memberships, and paid access, together with the Privacy & Data Governance policy and any product-specific terms shown at checkout. A checkout description may add details for the product being purchased, but it does not silently remove rights or obligations stated here.
AOIS™ diagnostics are designed to help make underlying patterns, pressures, positions, capacities, and governing constraints more legible. They do not guarantee outcomes or replace qualified professional judgment in protected domains.
Scope
Access purchases grant the specific diagnostic, report, membership, or advisory service described at checkout. Payment does not expand the jurisdiction of the automated system.
One-time diagnostic purchases and refunds
One-time Standard and Advanced diagnostic purchases are final when payment is made. AOIS™ does not offer discretionary cash refunds for an unused credit, a change of mind, or disagreement with a completed report. If generation fails before a report is saved, the reserved diagnostic credit is released for another attempt. If we cannot deliver the purchased service, or a charge is duplicate or unauthorized, the issue will be reviewed and any remedy required by applicable law or payment-network rules will be provided. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Protected domains
The automated platform does not provide ceremonial services or decisions, medical diagnosis, legal representation, psychotherapy, or personalized investment execution. Cases crossing protected thresholds may be limited or escalated rather than automatically interpreted.
Market and financial diagnostics
Market, cryptocurrency, business, and real-estate outputs are structural decision aids. They do not instruct a user to buy, sell, borrow, lever, or allocate funds and should not be treated as personalized financial advice.
Membership billing and cancellation
Membership is intended to preserve continuity and longitudinal comparison, not to encourage compulsive checking. Reassessment should follow material structural change or new outcome evidence. Monthly membership fees for a paid billing period are final; AOIS™ does not offer discretionary cash refunds for unused time or a change of mind. A member may schedule cancellation from the private member area to stop future renewals at the end of the current paid period. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and any legally required remedies remain subject to applicable law and payment-network rules.
Intellectual property and permitted access
AOIS™ names, branding, authored frameworks, diagnostic architectures, reports, software, assessment formats, source materials, and proprietary mappings are protected or claimed as proprietary to the extent applicable law permits. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to the applicable rights holders. Buying a diagnostic, membership, report, or institutional engagement grants access only to the purchased service and any specifically agreed deliverables; it does not transfer ownership of the methodology, source code, confidential operational rules, or underlying intellectual property. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, users may not resell, sublicense, redistribute proprietary materials, or use confidential materials to reproduce or train a competing diagnostic system. This statement does not claim patent rights, registration, or exclusive rights beyond those actually held.
Institutional engagements
Organizational pilots and licensing require a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. A proposal, demonstration, inquiry, or account does not itself create a pilot contract, license, equity interest, or investment opportunity.
Human authority
The user remains responsible for consequential decisions. AOIS™ may assist authority without replacing jurisdiction.
