The AOIS™ methodology, diagnostic architecture, confidential mappings, authored source materials, and restricted interpretive layers remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights and the Founder’s governance rules. Client purchases, subscriptions, institutional pilots, administrative access, and investor diligence do not themselves confer ownership of the method, permission to reproduce protected mechanisms, or authority to override Founder-restricted decisions. Any future reviewer training, licensing, or transfer of rights requires separately documented authorization. AOIS makes no claim here that unregistered concepts are patented or that legal ownership changes without a written instrument.
INSTITUTIONAL CONTINUITY DISCLOSURE

AOIS™ Institute™ is currently Founder-led. This site does not represent that a separate board, successor Founder, or independent sovereign authority presently exists. Founder-restricted determinations require Founder authority; if the Founder is unavailable, those functions pause rather than passing automatically to an AI system, technical administrator, or other person.
Ordinary platform operations and existing member records remain subject to the posted Privacy & Data Governance policy, Terms of Access, and actual service availability. This disclosure is not a promise of uninterrupted operation. If AOIS™ later establishes a formal successor authority, governing board, trust, or other continuity body, that authority will be identified publicly before the site attributes jurisdiction to it.
