Private structural data should remain private.
Responsible service operator: AOIS™ Institute™ is operated by Oracle Ifá LLC. Oracle Ifá LLC is the business responsible for AOIS service operations and privacy requests, subject to any additional responsibilities and terms identified in a separately executed institutional agreement. AOIS remains a distinct, secular service offering; this operational relationship does not make an AOIS diagnostic a religious consultation.
AOIS™ Institute™ collects only the information needed to provide accounts, diagnostics, reports, memberships, payments, and longitudinal comparison. Diagnostic narratives are treated as private member records and are not public content.
Data we may process
Account details, diagnostic intake responses, calculated structural scores and classifications, generated reports, access and payment status, and technical records needed to operate and secure the platform.
Diagnostic boundaries
Do not submit passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, unnecessary financial account numbers, or other credentials. The diagnostic engine is designed to analyze structure, not to collect secret authentication data.
AI-assisted synthesis
Where enabled, bounded AI may assist with report synthesis after AOIS™ structural calculations are produced. AI assistance does not replace AOIS™ governance, protected human judgment, or Founder-only jurisdiction.
Payment information
AOIS™ Institute™ uses Square-hosted checkout for its current public payments and memberships. Square processes card details and payment information under its own privacy terms. AOIS receives transaction references and payment status needed to confirm access, process orders, and handle disputes; AOIS does not store raw card credentials in its diagnostic database.
External tools and service providers
The site may use Google sign-in for authentication and Google Translate when a visitor selects machine translation; English remains the canonical website language. Diagnostic and account services rely on technical hosting and database infrastructure, and some AOIS reports may involve bounded AI-assisted synthesis as described above. The services involved may process relevant account, browser, or submitted information to provide those functions. Do not enter sensitive diagnostic details into a translation widget.
Where enabled, AOIS also uses engagement and conversion measurement services to evaluate which public experiences work. Those analytics events should not include private diagnostic narratives, passwords, or payment card numbers. Contact AOIS Support for specific provider and data-access questions.
First-party acquisition telemetry
AOIS™ may record limited first-party technical attribution such as page path, campaign source, campaign label, referral source, diagnostic domain, and purchase-path events so the Institute can understand which public pathways lead to meaningful engagement. This telemetry is designed to measure institutional distribution without storing social-network passwords or copying private diagnostic narratives into marketing analytics.
Optional Pattern Check email
If you choose to submit an email address after a free Pattern Check or Founder Dependency Check, we store the address, your 0–5 score, your consent time, and email delivery status to send the requested breakdown and four short follow-ups over the next week. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. The on-page result and purchase options remain available without subscribing.
Retention, access, export, correction, and deletion
AOIS™ keeps account, diagnostic, report, and transaction records for as long as they are reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve longitudinal history requested by the member, maintain security and audit integrity, and meet legal, tax, payment, dispute, or recordkeeping obligations. We do not promise indefinite retention of every technical log.
You may request a copy of the personal information and diagnostic records associated with your account, ask for inaccurate account information to be corrected, request an export of available member records, or request deletion of information that AOIS™ is not required to retain. Some transaction, security, audit, legal, or dispute records may need to be retained even after an account or diagnostic record is deleted. Requests can be made through Contact & Support; identity verification may be required before private records are released, changed, or deleted.
Institutional data and international access
Institutional participation is governed by an agreed scope, permitted purpose, authorized access, and any required confidentiality or data-processing terms. Individual diagnostic records are not automatically shared with an employer or organization. Before collecting employee-level or other sensitive institutional information, AOIS and the client must establish the applicable permissions, retention and deletion rules, and processing responsibilities. Multilingual website access does not by itself mean AOIS offers locally compliant data processing in every country. Capability is not jurisdiction. Data access is limited to what is needed to operate, secure, support, and govern the service.
