AOIS™ Institute™ collects only the information needed to provide accounts, diagnostics, reports, memberships, payments, and longitudinal comparison. Diagnostic narratives are treated as private member records and are not public content.
Data we may process
Account details, diagnostic intake responses, calculated structural scores and classifications, generated reports, access and payment status, and technical records needed to operate and secure the platform.
Diagnostic boundaries
Do not submit passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, unnecessary financial account numbers, or other credentials. The diagnostic engine is designed to analyze structure, not to collect secret authentication data.
AI-assisted synthesis
Where enabled, bounded AI may assist with report synthesis after AOIS™ structural calculations are produced. AI assistance does not replace AOIS™ governance, protected human judgment, or Founder-only jurisdiction.
Payment information
Card details are handled by the connected payment provider through its hosted checkout. AOIS™ Institute™ does not need to store raw card credentials in the diagnostic database.
First-party acquisition telemetry
AOIS™ may record limited first-party technical attribution such as page path, campaign source, campaign label, referral source, diagnostic domain, and purchase-path events so the Institute can understand which public pathways lead to meaningful engagement. This telemetry is designed to measure institutional distribution without storing social-network passwords or copying private diagnostic narratives into marketing analytics.
